How We Use This Data: Email sending enables automated outreach sequences. Email reading (when authorized) displays prior communications with target companies within the platform interface.

Data Storage: We store encrypted OAuth tokens to maintain your Google connection. Email content is retrieved on-demand and is not permanently stored on our servers.

Data Sharing: If your organization administrator has configured CRM integration, outgoing emails may be copied to your organization's CRM system for relationship management purposes. We do not share your Google data with any other third parties.

Revoking Access: You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your account settings, or revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions.
