User Inputs: You retain ownership of your proprietary investment thesis and custom scoring logic. By using the platform, you grant us a license to process this data for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

4. User Conduct & Compliance

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for any unauthorized commercial or illegal purpose.
• Attempt to "scrape" the platform or reverse-engineer the proprietary AI models.
• Violate any applicable anti-spam or securities laws in their outreach efforts.

5. Limitation of Liability

SourceAlpha.ai is a tool for data analysis and lead generation. We do not provide investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Delaware, SourceAlpha.ai shall not be liable for any financial losses, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
